Bloom is a content distribution platform that allows users to upload content and publish posts across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Bloom. By using the Service, you grant Bloom a limited license to process and distribute your content to the platforms you select. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Bloom integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Bloom is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, scheduling errors, or platform API changes.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
